First night.
For the first night of halloween, I did the make up for both myself (right) and my flatmate, Abbie (left). In all honesty we didn't really plan what we were going to do, and just improvised as we went along!
For Abbie's make up we decided to go for a black swan inspired look, I used Illamasquas skin base foundation to create the pale completion. I then used dark eye shadows to create continuing of the cheek bones and jawline. After this I Started on the eyes, I used Aqua Colour make up pallet, as this has more of a face paint consistency and creates a much stronger result then eye shadows. Once I was happy with the shape on both eyes I added some silver/white flecks to the eye makeup to create a more feathery effect. I also added a ultra fine glitter to areas I wanted to highlight, such as her forehead, and upper cheekbones, I felt this also enhanced the feathery effect, although you cant really see this in the photos due to the poor quality, which I apologias for! I then finished off the look with a striking red lipstick and red contacts. Over all I was very happy with the result given the lack of preparation and and time that we had!
For my own make-up we decided that my face would work well as a doll and as I didn't have a costume I could easily improvise something out of my wardrobe.
I also used Illamasquas skin base foundation to create the pale completion. I then started to make my eyes bigger by using the white from the Aqua pallet to cover my lower lash line and give the impression of a bigger white of my eye. I then drew on a new lash line with an eyeliner and added fake lashed to the bottom. I also used even bigger lashes on the lop to really emphasise the doll eye look. I then drew on my eyebrows quite defined and added a pink blusher to the balls of my cheeks and a pinky/red lipstick to complete the look.

Second night.
On the second night of halloween, I wanted to make the look a little darker, as I felt the first look was a little too "sweet" for halloween. Here I went through the exact same process, except I used a much darker lipstick and created a two tone effect using black eye liner as a lip liner and blending. I also added a mouth hinge to create a more puppet like effect and accentuated my eyebrows with a sadder expression.
